Beyond Lakeside Technologies' focus on building great software products, the company strives to maintain an environment that is both professional and fun.

As we are a results-oriented organization, our people  get things done. They , get a charge out of quickly moving through tasks and achieving concrete results.

Beyond professionalism, our culture values open collaboration and a problem-solving mentality. We work together openly and transparently to solve tough problems. We rely on open collaboration to brainstorm and discover new ideas about how to do what we do better.

Our monthly company-wide meetings bring us all together. In this venue, employees debate, voice their concerns and do everything possible to emerge as a stronger team. At the end of each meeting, we hold a plus/delta session that reflects on the format of the meeting and selected topics for discussion.

Fun @ Work

We at Lakeside Technologies can never maintain the level of excellence and intensity at work upon which we pride ourselves if we never put a premium on having  fun. We believe that "all work and no play make Jack a dull boy,." And we have our fair share of parties, outings, and other activities that help each  Lakeside family memberlive life to the fullest.

We organize frequent activities and gatherings outside of work. Every year, the company also organizes at least two weekend trips that are full of sporting and recreational activities.
