For software development projects, this means making the client and the development part of the same team, then ensuring continuous, fluent communication across the board.

A good communication process, supported by a good set of tools, enables Lakeside Technologies to manage and communicate expectations clearly and unambiguously to its clients. This system includes all necessary activities and procedures that are required to establish a productive communication environment:
